Xtreme Archery is a family-owned indoor archery facility located at 2320 Industrial Highway in East York, Pennsylvania. Founded in 2009 by a father-and-son team, the business has grown from its original 5,000 square-foot location to a 12,600 square-foot facility that opened in 2016, allowing for expanded retail offerings and multiple shooting ranges designed to serve archers of all skill levels.
The facility features three operational shooting ranges, each serving different purposes and preferences. Range 1 is a 30-target indoor 3D course where participants shoot one arrow at each target throughout the course, offering realistic hunting experiences and scenarios with targets rearranged weekly. Range 2 provides six shooting lanes equipped for both compound bows and crossbows, featuring distances of 10, 15, and 20 yards, making it ideal for sighting-in or spot shooting. Range 3 combines 3D and flat targets for casual hourly shooting at distances between 5 and 20 yards, and accommodates both personal bows and rental equipment from the facility. A fourth range, the Techno Hunt Experience, is currently under development. The facility also maintains a private lounge and separate range dedicated to group events and parties.
Beyond range shooting, Xtreme Archery operates a comprehensive pro shop offering numerous services. The shop provides custom arrow and bolt building, reflecthing, and cresting services, along with extensive bow and crossbow tuning and adjustment work. Available brands include Bowtech, Mathews, Elite, PSE, Diamond, Darton, and Mission. The facility offers 45-minute archery lessons for participants at all experience levels, including rental equipment when needed. Xtreme Archery also features competitive league play and tournaments throughout the year, with league championship opportunities for engaged archers.
The business accommodates group events and private parties at competitive pricing, charging $20 per participant for 90-minute events that include instruction and all rental equipment, with a minimum of six participants required. Membership options are available at various price points, along with punch card packages for frequent visitors. Additional perks for new bow purchasers include a five-round punch card good for all indoor ranges and free setup service on the purchased bow.
